SMA Availability Guarantee

The module Availabilty Guarantee provides you with financial security in the event of yield loss. You can choose an inverter and medium-voltage components uptime guarantee of 97, 98 or 99 percent. If your actual availability falls short of t he guaranteed metric, SMA will compensate the loss with a specified amount. We compensate you for the difference with €1.40 per kilowatt of nominal AC power during the day in the summer and €1.00 per kilowatt of nominal AC power in the winter.

As a matter of course, the renumeration can be individually adapted on request.

SMA Remote Service

With SMA Remote Service, SMA monitors your inverter remotely to check that it is functioning properly. You can rest assured that your PV system is always running without interruptions. The idea is simple: You designate a contact person, and we contact it as soon as our system reports an irregularity.

SMA Commissioning

Best plant performance right from the start: Our experts inspect the proper installation of your entire PV plant and make sure that all the necessary commissioning requirements are fulfilled. Among other services, SMA undertakes the setting of required and plant-specific parameters and performs a comprehensive function test. In this way, the system will be securely and stably connected to the grid and deliver the required performance immediately. At the end you receive a detailed commissioning report.
